With a mini-theatre complete with velvet drapes, an oak-panelled supper room and a gleaming A-fame bistro, Bistroteque mixes elegance with the downright bizarre. Chef Tom Collins keeps it simple with British and French classics such as steak tartare and pork chops, while acts such as Bourgeois & Maurice and Jonny Woo mix it up with drag and cabaret.
