Artsline provides a telephone information and advice service about all aspects of access to arts and entertainment activities. It also has an extensive database about access to clubs, theatres, cinemas, music venues, galleries, museums and hotels.

Can Be Done

Can Be Done is a small tour operator that organises tailor-made holidays and tours in London and elsewhere in the UK, for both groups and individuals. DIAL UK

DIAL UK is a national network of local disability information and advice line services (DIALs) run by and for disabled people. The DIAL UK information and advice services provide information and advice to disabled people and others on all aspects of living with a disability. Directgov

Directgov is a website produced by the Central Office of Information. It provides a wide range of information from across UK government departments on travel and holidays for disabled people.

Disability Now

Disability Now is a campaigning newspaper for disabled people. For news and a wide range of information, including about holidays, visit the Disability Now website

DisabledGo

DisabledGo provides free detailed access information about goods, services and shops. Its access guides have been specially designed to answer the everyday questions of disabled people, their assistants, carers, family and friends.

Enabled London

Enabled London provides an online access guide to going out in London, including access maps and information on healthy living and venues in London. The site offers clear, easy-to-read information and a word bank to help people to understand difficult words and jargon.

Mencap

Mencap is a national learning disability charity working with people with a learning disability and their families and carers. Mencap publishes a holiday resource list, which provides information about holidays for people with learning and other disabilities, including financial help towards the cost of a holiday, holidays for adults and children, and holiday information providers.

Options Holidays

Options Holidays is a not-for-profit organisation that arranges holidays for people with learning disabilities. It runs holidays throughout the year in the UK, including London. Experienced and qualified carers take charge of the holidays, leading small groups of clients. These have a range of mild to moderate learning disabilities. Some have physical disabilities as well.

Royal National Institute of the Blind (RNIB)

RNIB is a national charity offering information, support and advice to people with sight problems in the UK. Its website is a good resource for blind and partially sighted people. In particular, it provides advice and information on leisure activities, events, specialist hotels and holiday schemes.

Royal National Institute for Deaf People (RNID)

RNID is a national charity offering information, support and advice to deaf and hard of hearing people in the UK. The RNID website is a good resource for deaf and hard of hearing people. In particular, it provides information about entertainment and activities.

Tourism for All

Tourism for All provides information to people with disabilities and older people in relation to accessible accommodation and other tourism services. It publishes a guide called Britain's Accessible Places to Stay, which provides information on all accommodation that has been inspected under the Visit Britain National Accessible Scheme ratings. Youreable

Youreable provides travel information for people with disabilities, including products, services, accommodation, attractions, equipment hire, specialist holiday companies and organisations, and more.

Mobilise

Mobilise aims to promote and protect the welfare of disabled people and to promote their personal mobility. It provides information and services for drivers with disabilities. Mobilise was formerly known as Disabled Drivers' Motor Club and the Disabled Drivers' Association.
