The From Canaries to Kings walk takes you from the heart of post-industrial docklands, with its quaysides and the new developments at Canary Wharf, through the Isle of Dogs (historic home of ruffians, sailors and hard labour), to the graceful tree-lined avenues of the Old Royal Naval College at Maritime Greenwich.

East London Walk: From Dockyards to Dance

The From Dockyards to Dance walk starts in Greenwich, next to the world's fastest tea-clipper and beside a river that's influenced British history for hundreds of years. The area is packed with exciting maritime history. Deptford is a place with a particularly interesting story: shipbuilding, pirates, Peter the Great, exploration, royal residences and an eclectic contemporary arts scene.

East London Walk: From Mansion House to Mad House

If you've always wondered how London came to be a great city then this walk is for you. The From Mansion House to Mad House walk takes you from the heart of the old City of London, along medieval alleyways, inside ruined churches, past the great fortress of the Tower of London and along a wonderful old high street that winds its way beside the Thames and into Docklands.

East London Walk: From Limehouse to the Bow Backs

The circular route of the From Limehouse to the Bow Backs walk gives you the opportunity to see the magical wildlife London has to offer. Follow the towpath from Limehouse on the Thames, up Regent's Canal, (part of the extensive network of inland waterways that wind their way through London), brush the Olympic Park boundary, discover a water mill and return along the Limehouse Cut to the start.

East London Walk: From Moorgate to Arcade Gate

The From Moorgate to Arcade Gate East London walk takes you from the old City of London, through an ancient burial ground, inside a beautiful Methodist chapel into a different world altogether, that of Hoxton with its contemporary art and design and the Geffrye Museum. Finish off with a stroll alongside a lovely canal to London's oldest park.

East London Walk: From Royal Docks to Royal Dockyard

The From Royal Docks to Royal Dockyard walk starts in the centre of the largest regeneration development in the whole of London, ExCeL London, Silvertown and the Thames Barrier Park to see one of London's icons. Then travel down Factory Road, under the Thames, or by ferry, into an old munitions manufacturing works at Woolwich.
