Bay Tree House

James & Janice were amazingly friendly and helpful from when I initially called to enquire about vacancies.

When we arrived we were shown to our room which was beautiful and had its own large bathroom. The room was immaculate and well stocked with appliances ie TV, DVDs, Hairdryer, Straighteners, Curling Iron etc. The shower was always hot and very powerful. We were provided with soap, shampoo, conditioner & toothpaste.

After bringing our things to our room Janice provided us with a house key and made us some tea.

Janice & James took the time to give us maps and circled the places on the map where we wanted to go and places they felt we might be interested in. They also informed us about how to get home if the tubes were not running and also the latest times the tubes ran till. James also sorted out our Oyster Cards for us which was a HUGE help as we wouldn't have known where to start with that!

Janice and James would always offer to make us sandwiches or tea when we arrived home late.

The breakfast selection was very varied and we were spoilt for choice every day. To be perfectly honest we filled up so much on breakfast we lasted until tea time before feeling hungry!! Janice's cooked breakfasts are a treat!

James & Janice also always provided us with bottled water for our day ahead which was great as it meant we didn't have to spend time looking for places to buy drinks.

The Tube station is literally 4mins walk and is at the top of the street which is great when its raining as you don't get too wet getting home.

There are also shops on the same street as the tube station and a couple of nice looking restaurants.

We will definitely be returning to Bay Tree House, it is like a home from home!!

I have stayed all around the world but I can say that the Bay Tree B&B is by far the best accommodation by far that Myself and my wife have stayed in. Room was massive with a good size shower room and plenty of toiletries. James and Janice really make you feel very welcome as well, the food was super especially the Breakfast. Location was fine just a 15 min Tube ride into the city and oyster card was arranged by James for our stay as well. Would recommend this B&B To any one looking to see the sights of London England great Value for money.
